Terms of use
These cover this website. Licensing and support for the Essential Deck product are covered by a separate written agreement, not by this page.
Placeholder to complete before launch: the governing entity and jurisdiction need to be set to real values, and these terms should be reviewed by whoever handles your legal obligations.
Using this site
You may read, link to, and quote this site. You may not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without prior written permission, or use automated means to submit the demo request form.
The demo request form
Submitting the form is a request for contact, not a contract. It does not create an obligation on either side, does not entitle you to a demonstration, and does not commit us to a timeline. Please submit only your own details, and only details you are entitled to share.
Accuracy of what's described here
We take some care to describe the product as it actually is. Even so, this site is descriptive rather than contractual: it is not a specification, not a warranty, and not a commitment to any particular feature, behaviour, or roadmap. Software changes, and pages lag.
Anything you intend to rely on commercially should be written into the agreement covering your deployment.
Third-party names
Product and company names referred to on this site — including those in the comparison section — are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are named for factual comparison and identification. No affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement is implied in either direction.
Our content
The text, design, and diagrams on this site belong to us. You're welcome to quote or reference them with attribution; wholesale reproduction as your own material is not permitted.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, or from reliance on information published here rather than agreed in writing.
